the city is filled with rushed people
in a hurry to get somewhere
in a hurry to just throw garbage on the floor
in a hurry to grab a bite to eat
too rushed to stop
and take a walk down the street
to appreciate the various parks
the city is divided into districts
different from each other
isolated from each other
where one stops the other begins
there is no heart of the city
because everyone is seperated from each other
and never at the same place at the same time
the city is filled with children
staying in playing with new technology
rarely stepping into the light
having unbridled fun at the cost of their future
living under pressure of parents and peers
caring more about entertainment media than news
what will become of our generation?
