Today started out with going for some tea at Crumpets and Crown at Ghiradelli Square. We had no reservations so we were seated at the sofas with a fake fireplace burning on a tv. Sandra and I ordered the Tea for Two and got the Strawberry Fields and Paris Tea. The strawberry tea was good but the Paris tea was a bit too bitter for us. It came with a selection of eight sandwiches, six scones and crumpets, and eight pastries. Some of the sandwiches were good but there was this one made of mashed onions and cheese which was plain disgusting. I don't know how any one can eat that. The place was very open and well lit and the decor helped liven up the place. I was unhappy at first because they did not make room for walk-ins since they are in a tourist area but after a bit it was better than the chairs and tables because it was more of a secluded area and it got loud after a while.
After that I went to Cathy's for game night [which was actually movie night, but we never got a chance to watch anything]. Dany and I bought a shit load of foods [just like always] and in the end we didn't finish any of it. We played Jenga and then Sequence and a little bit of uh.... I don't know, some acting game since the kids wanted to play that for a little bit. But Sequence was quite addicting and fun.
Good times today, for the most part.
